End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before downloading, installing, or using the BillTrace Beer Stock Dashboard application ("Software").

By clicking "I Agree", or by downloading, installing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with these terms, you must not install or use the Software.

License

This End User License Agreement ("License" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between BillTrace Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("BillTrace", "we", "our", or "us") and you ("User", "you", or "your") regarding the use of the BillTrace Beer Stock Dashboard mobile application, related services, reports, documentation, and software components.

BillTrace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Software strictly for authorized business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

The Software is licensed, not sold. All software code, user interface designs, reports, dashboards, databases, logos, trademarks, graphics, analytics, AI features, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of BillTrace Infotech Pvt. Ltd. No ownership rights are transferred to the User.

Purpose of the Software

BillTrace Beer Stock Dashboard is designed to work alongside the BillTrace Desktop Software to provide real-time visibility into beer inventory and business performance.

The mobile application is intended for:

• Monitoring beer and beverage stock
• Viewing stock availability across outlets
• Monitoring daily sales performance
• Reviewing purchase and stock movement
• Tracking inward and outward inventory
• Viewing low-stock and out-of-stock alerts
• Monitoring stock valuation
• Accessing operational reports and analytics
• AI-based sales planning and stock insights
• Monitoring multiple branches or outlets
• Viewing business dashboards and performance reports
• Receiving inventory/ops notifications

Restrictions on Use

You may:

• Use the Software only for authorized business operations.
• Access reports and dashboards associated with your registered business account.
• Monitor inventory and sales information for your authorized outlets.
• Access AI-generated business insights where available.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or redistribute any part of the Software.
• Sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Software.
• Share login credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another business account.
• Circumvent security features or authentication mechanisms.
• Use the Software for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Introduce viruses, malware, ransomware, bots, or harmful software into the system.
• Use automated scripts or bots to extract data from the Software.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Ensuring only authorized employees access your account.
• Keeping your mobile device adequately secured.
• Immediately notifying BillTrace if unauthorized access is suspected.
• Ensuring business data entered into the Software is accurate.
• Complying with all applicable laws, taxation requirements, licensing regulations, and local business regulations.

You agree not to upload or transmit any unlawful, harmful, offensive, misleading, or malicious content through the Software.

Data & Privacy

The Software may collect limited technical and operational information, including device data, configuration variables, outlet details, inventory snapshots, sales performance metrics, log history, usage metrics, and crash updates. This information is collected solely for dashboard operations, core system sync, security checks, and platform stability optimization.

BillTrace does not sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties.

Software Features

Depending on your subscription, the Software may include real-time stock status matrix tools, smart branch logistics views, operational valuation monitors, automated low-stock warnings, cloud database parsing mechanisms, and native push configuration routines.

BillTrace reserves the right to add, modify, improve, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

Subscription & Account

Certain features may require an active BillTrace subscription. Access to premium tools may be immediately suspended if payments remain overdue, if subscription licenses expire without renewal, or if unverified use signatures are observed.

Software Updates & Connectivity

The Software may automatically download lifecycle packages containing operational hotfixes, protocol translations, security mitigation logic, and baseline visual refinements. Some runtime environments will require consistent network verification paths. The user remains explicitly responsible for any transport data bandwidth usage bills.

Security

BillTrace employs reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect user information. However, no software or internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users should immediately report any suspected security breach or unauthorized account activity.

Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. BillTrace may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate this Agreement, clear overdue obligations remain unfulfilled, or fraudulent activities surface. Upon termination, all usage entitlements immediately cease, and you must discard the mobile asset runtime bundle components entirely.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. BillTrace does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, continuous availability, or absolute accuracy of reports. Users should verify critical operational information through the BillTrace Desktop Software whenever necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BillTrace Infotech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, business interruption, loss of profits, revenue loss, inventory discrepancies, or data system corruption stemming from platform access anomalies.

Third-Party Services & Intellectual Property

Ecosystem features rely on integrated cloud infrastructure platforms and notification relays managed under independent liability rules. All software source, structural layout blueprints, visual elements, asset assets, and analytic engines remain uniquely owned by BillTrace Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Governing Law & Miscellaneous

This agreement matches structural compliance definitions anchored underneath the legal frameworks of India. Localized corporate tracking disputes fall under the primary handling authority of the competent registration courts serving BillTrace Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

If any clause framework gets labeled invalid by a court, the remaining text partitions carry ongoing power securely.
